What is inspiration and how it works?
In our daily life we hear the word “inspiration” around us a lot of times: An inspiring person, an inspiring word, inspiring event...But what is inspiration and why it is utile in our daily life?
According to oxford dictionary, Inspiration is: The process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative.
Inspiration is something that moves you to do something new and creative: creating a business, creating a song, writing a book and even begin a new habit in your life.
How to be inspired?
According to Jim Connoll (a marketing blogger), people are different and are inspired by different things. It means that there is no unique way to be inspired. What works for you may not work for the other.
People say that if you want to be inspired you need to found out what your inspiration is. But in reality, inspiration is a daily process; don’t wait to be inspired, look up for your own inspiration.
Some may find their inspiration through:
Reading books allow you to learn new things and broaden your knowledge, all books have something to give you and help you change your perception of life. As John Green said , Great books help you understand, and they help you feel understood. So you may find your inspiration in reading books.
Music has the ability to reach and move our memories and feelings; it helps you remember moment you have experienced, book you have read, movies you have watched, and people you have met. Music moves your imagination that’s why it could be a good factor to get inspired. Music can, also, help you express your artistic side: painting, writing or just for changing your mood or helping you meditate.
Nature has been for a long time the source of inspiration for human being. Nature has been and still the inspiration for a number of scientists, designers, engineers and artists. Try to look into nature and understand it. Walk barefoot in the sand or the grass, feel the earth. Meditation may help.

You can be inspired by others and also motivated, but keep in mind that talking positively to yourself in a second person helps achieve a lot of things and encourage you to move forward. Try writing down your dreams and aspirations and try to reshape it by thinking differently.
5. Physical activity
Physical activities affect the brain positively; the oxygen is travelling in our bodies through the circulation of the blood until our brain and you feel good in times of stress and overwhelmed .Some find inspiration when they are doing some type of physical activities. Swimming, walking or maybe…dancing.
6. Creative people
Don’t isolate yourself: Surround yourself by creative people, and feed off each other with ideas.
A lot of creative ideas come up when you are with other creative people. You can meet them by Networking.
